Best building structure. Compared with the Hilton. I'm speaking on 3rd floor Nursing. You can't put lipstick on a pig! Building is gorgeous; CNA services suck big time. At times waiting up to 3 hrs once ringing the call button & some RNs have attitude. Room meals 30 minutes late, and cold every time (except coffee). If staff likes you, you get wonderful services. You don't get same Staff member anymore, they get rotated daily. Its 5:50pm, rang bell 4:15p. NO SERVICE. Imagine sitting in a dirty diaper for 3hrs waiting on a CNA Being in Nursing section, these patients not allowed to leave on there own. Must have a escort sign you out (if you can locate staff to unlock secret elevator code!) Choose carefully for your loved ones. Don't let the gorgeous environment entice you, You've been warned.
My mother had a massive stroke. I’m so grateful for finding this place to help with my mother. Patty (the director of nursing) has been absolutely god sent. She has helped me and my family with this transition so much, and I don’t know what I would have done without her. Thank you Patty for being some relief during this terrible nightmare. My family and I will forever and always be so grateful for you!
I have been in 4 rehab centers in Orlando and have had horrible expériences at all of them. The "best rated" actual therapy department at one center dropped me on a bedrail and broke 3 ribs. I had given up hope of getting better until I was admitted here. This rehab hospital has been exceptional. The doctors are better than the ones I have been assigned at all 3 major hospitals in Kissimmee. Westminster has taken me from.bedridden to walking in one week. I am currently still in therapy and cannot wait to see what another few weeks accomplish. Thankfully I have several weeks remaining. I cannot reccomend this place highly enough. It is the best, hands down.
Skilled nursing facility lived up to its stars. The caregivers were kind and attentive to my mom who needed lots of extra care in her final weeks of life.
