We moved to the Shores at the end of 2022 when the Sunrise Point building opened. We are very happy that we did. We have a fabulous view from our balcony, and our unit is the best place we have ever lived. The Shores offers many great amenities, including up-scale dining options, physical therapy on campus, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a lap pool, and much more. The community is very welcoming, and we have made may new friends here.

We spent three wonderful days, able to take advantage of guest units, which were provided for friends and family of the residents there. All the staff were helpful, outgoing, the amenities were first rate, and there was a real sense of camaraderie and friendliness among the people we met while strolling around the campus. We have have visited Westminster Shores for about six years now, but this was the first time we stayed in the spacious and very affordable residential apartments. Thank you for making those available so we could be on site to enjoy visiting with our friends so easily. (The only thing I would add is when you are ready to check out, be sure to have payment in the form of a check since they do not accept credit card or cash). We had an AMAZING tour with Becky yesterday. I coordinated the tour several days ahead; Becky listened to our needs; did a phone call reconfirm our meeting date and time of 6/03 at 2:30. She was prepared for our arrival, very personable and listened to Helen's needs and concerns. And now the BEST part: Visiting the different places to live and seeing the different models all beautifully decorated!!! They do with golf cart so very comfortable if someone has mobility issues or cannot walk far. It is a large campus but beautifully maintained and landscaped. Their is spectacular views of the water from both the St. Pete side, Tampa Bay and even the Skyway 🌉 in the distance! If I lived there, I might never leave my residence because my view outside was so beautiful! There were ⛵ out docked in the water. They have both casual and fine dining and by fine dining I mean beautiful table setting and a menu that made my mouth water. While we are not ready to make an immediate decision, this property is indeed a hidden gem if your loved one needs care and Becky is outstanding at her job and presenting options in a caring fun way. Also, they are offering an incentive to move in this month.
We are exploring options in senior living communities and met with Becky Johnson at Westminster Shores. Our visit was an unexpected delight. Becky guided us around the community with expertise and knowledge, listening closely to our desires and tailoring a visit to meet all our needs. She answered every question, even those we hadn’t thought to ask, and did it with a smile and a greeting to every staff member and resident we passed. She is a gem, the property is lovely, and we will certainly return again to advance our plans for a future that will include Westminster Shores. Thanks Becky!
I moved to The Shores in July 2021 and I am so glad I did. It is a welcoming community with a wide variety of experiences available including trips to the Rays games and concerts plus lectures and movies on site. And being right on Tampa Bay is amazing. There are often dolphins swimming near the shore and all manner of seabirds. The staff is very caring and the amenities including a fine dining room and wine bar are excellent.
