I have been involved with Westminster Manor as a volunteer since 2009 when I retired. The Manor is a wonderful place for seniors to live independently, but also with assistance as needed. The entire staff is kind and always available to lend a hand. I would be happy to bring a loved one to live at this facility. The atmosphere is always friendly and homelike, there are activities available and usually being well attended by the residents. All-in-all, Westminster is a wonderful senior residence.

My mother has been living at The Manor for 7 months and she is very happy there. Her transition from her own house, which can be traumatic, was handled with sincere care, sympathy, and expertise— for her as well as for our family. The staff—without exception—create a positive atmosphere in this elder community; and the size of the facility allows for a real family feel. My mother comments daily on the quality of the meals as well as the activities planned to keep residents active and engaged. I visit almost daily and always feel welcome; I have come to know most of the staff, all of whom constantly amaze me with their dedication, their love and respect for their elderly residents, their understanding and compassion as well as their patience. I would recommend Westminster Manor to anyone looking for great care for an elderly relative or friend. If I live long enough myself I would be grateful to be able to move into The Manor.
I have been here since July, and I could not ask to be in a better place. The staff are uniformly helpful, caring, cheerful, and professional. And the administration is hands-on: I have access to the Director daily who walks around the facility, touching base with all of the residents to be sure we are content. I am more than content: the food is terrific, the staff organizes daily events to help us break up the days. The Friends of Westminster have put on holiday festivities as well as helping to organize volunteers. My family say they always feel welcome when they visit. I am very happy here at Westminster Manor and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a small, family-like environment with excellent care.
My mother-in-law could no longer live alone and moved to Westminster Manor. Not having to worry about maintaining her home any longer made her adjustment easy, and she looks years younger. Not having to worry about her has made us grateful to all the caregivers at the Manor. My mother-in-law is well taken care of, and she receives the emotional support she needs. She is happy. This makes me happy.
My family and I have been exceptionally pleased with and grateful for the care that our 95 year old dad has received at Westminister Manor. The staff is caring and compassionate, and they always show the highest level of professionalism. The facility is clean and bright, and well appointed. The food is excellent, and my impression when visiting is that the residents (including my dad) seem quite content. The highest praise that I can give is the fact that when and if the time comes for myself and/or my husband to enter an assisted living facility, we would gladly choose Westminister Manor.
