No stars, over priced, food gone down, Grace is rude, doesn’t care!!! Get back to your room now, come on. NDIS patients don’t get their medication on time. Then NDIS patients aren’t allowed to leave, they won’t sign them out due to money they get. No maintenance on rooms, management disgusting
NDIA need to urgently investigate this so called accommodation & how it is structured into different companies, so collectively they are not legally responsible for the appalling accommodation, disgusting food, dirty rooms, price gouging & demanding if NDIS particpants live there, they have to give their entire package to Grace. Its a Trap house, drug fuelled criminal activities by participants with addictions, the owners shafting the participants NDIS packages to the maximum. Unqualified support workers, poor quality food, no structured routine for residents. Investigate before more people die.
Kind and courteous staff for seniors accommodation included full three meals a day. Good value for the price.
A dumping ground where the vunerable are extorted by uncaring private enterprise. An increasingly and sadly more common phenomenon.
