A lovely place to live, close to all possible amenities - most within a short walk. Beautiful gardens with raised herb and vegetable gardens and fruit trees. We love our roses which seem to be surviving the dreaded thrip. Maintenance of buildings is excellent. Recently the Ocean Vista group of units had an extra layer of insulation added to the roof space and although my top floor unit has always been cooler than outside temperatures in summer, it is now even cooler. Thanks to all management concerned in this decision.

My dad and mum went to Arcadia waters just as she was diagnosed with dementia and she was only there for a year and then when to a different facility. My dad stayed for another year and a half and then needed to also go to a higher need facility. When needed to sell his unit and was total ripped off and lost about $200,000 in the transaction. So unfair as they didn’t have that money. Never buy a unit there!!!
These guys really take good care of the retired folk that live there!
