I found a key at the mail room door looks 2 be a house key it had a peice of gray ribbon on it so it's straight ahead in the clear plastic 4 flyers.....You can't miss it!!!hopefully this post will reach who ever lost it.....I just went threw the same thing!!!
My mother in law spent some time here recovering. Great staff, very patient and caring! The nurses Andrea and Monica were so great!
We LOVED this facility. Front desk ladies, pt staff, nursing, cna’s, cleaning lady, social services all were amazing and had great attitudes. Dr Burrows is a saint and we are honestly looking to switch to him as a regular doctor. His only complaint was the food wasn’t hot *edit to add- Sherese is the greatest CNA ever
5 stars for nurse Sedat Bulut, CNA’s Marie Manning, Sherese McAliister, Tamara Casanova and Misty Mullins and also for housekeeping, Marlene Hernandez.. Each of these individuals performed their duties as expected. However, they also went above and beyond their duties on many occasions when mom’s situation presented additional challenges and required immediate attention which also included housekeeping additional services. Marlene also took the time to listen to Mom tell her stories of her loved ones. This simple act of kindness means so much to us and this helped to calm Mom when at times she didn’t know where she was. Sedat excelled beyond his duties because so many times he took the initiative to take care of Mom’s needs himself instead of letting her wait for an available CNA. He is a kind soul with gentle ways. Misty is a mover and is quick to respond when needed which got us through some difficult times. Marie’s disposition outshines a sunny day. She’d enter Mom’s room bouncing with a smile and singing a joyful tune which automatically brightened our day. Tamara handled most of the extra mishaps Mom may have had with such a positive and professional attitude. Some required housekeeping. But she always was sweet and kind with mom and kept an upbeat, lighthearted way about her. Last, but not least, Sherese could be heard down the hall saying, “I love my job and I love my people!” What joy and laughter she brought to Mom every time she entered her room. She loved it so much when Sherese would just pop in to say “hi” even while her duties were not with Mom that day. Thank you all for being exemplary models and being the best in your professions.
