I was at Westhampton care center for the first time today visiting a friend and new resident. I was very impressed with the facility, the carpeted hallways are quite wide and the rooms are a good size and very light and airy. There are also two courtyards with ample seating to accommodate groups of people but also smaller areas for quieter visits. As impressed I was with the facility, I was even more so with the staff. Everyone I had contact with had a kind and positive vibe; from the person at reception to the aids, nurses, therapists and recreation staff providing personalized knowledgeable care. I know this was only my first visit, but if today is any indication of the type of care provided here I am very pleased.

My sister was just admitted here. First impressions mean a lot. The staff is very kind and the facility is inviting. I am impressed. After my sister being here for weeks, I have been to say that my first impressions were right. I have to say the staff is caring and professional. My sister made mention that a fella named “Eddy” has become her friend and helps her out. It makes us happy. My sister is 84
I am very thankful with the love care and treatment that my mom have been receiving from the faculty members. I want them to know that God sits high and looks low there good deeds will not go overlooked.
The staff was really nice. They even called our sweetness, Miss Mary not just Mary. Not who? What who are you looking for? None of those questions. It was known right away when I said Her name she right away responded with Miss Mary Is in the rec room the you ride away without even thinking twice? That showed me a lot. I’ve been to many of these places and that showed me a lot.. Keep up the good work.
My mom took a tumble and needed to go to rehab to heal. We insisted on Westhampton Care Center. From the start everyone was helpful and understanding. They took the time and made themselves available to me if I had any questions (we were a late admittance). The Nurse supervisor was very kind and helpful. I can not say enough about the PT department! The kindness, patience and techniques they are implementing to teach my mom to strengthen her non dominant side while also building her core strength is wonderful to see. Her aides are sweet and understanding of her limits and are more than happy to go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. The facility itself is beautiful and clean. When you walk in you are greeted by friendly receptionists that make you feel like family. I am so glad my mom is here and have no doubt that when she is discharged, she will be stronger than ever and will be well prepared to continue living her life with dad
