My stay was brief - just 3 days following my total hip replacement surgery, but I am glad and grateful I chose Westgate Hills. The nursing staff, PT/OT, social workers and support staff were fantastic. The only complaint was the food which I had expected from former reviews. Overall, I felt heard, supported and encouraged, and made a couple friends too! Thank you for making my healing journey such a positive one!

My grandmother stayed here for nearly 2 weeks.. the facility is rather small and has very limited staff especially at night. Staff is nice however the nursing staff do not provide proper care. When pressing the bell it takes nearly 30 mins for a nurse to answer. They can’t answer questions on medicines if they were taken or when next one is due. Despite having dietary restrictions based on her condition. She was continued to be fed food that didn’t meet her needs. Multiple people on the staff were informed and nothing changed. Preserve the potential additional health risks this place can pose on your loved ones.
Westgate is a wonderful place! Very family oriented and well put together staff that shows endless dedication and determination to care for all residents and families throughout the days and nights.
The Rehabilitation Program here is great. Ms. Vicky my Physical Therapist and Ms. Liz my Occupational Therapist are great. I have made great progress. I have started walking again, thanks to their patience, encouragement and compassion. It is truly a Blessing from God!!!!! A big shout out to the phenomenal CNA'S and Nurses on the day shift (you know who you are) for their excellent care, patience and compassion and empathy. Thank you for your support and encouragement
Tomika works here is guest services,she has been most helpful to me and my family from the first day we arrived. We are so grateful for her pleasant and professionalism. Her job title is guest relation but to my family she is everything we need.
