My father has been at this nursing home for a year now. I have to say the care he has received has been by far the best. From the nurses to the aides they all have been amazing and attentive to my father. They have new owners and I cannot wait to see how the facility turns around even more. I would like to shout out the nurses and aides on the second floor west side. It’s too many to name but I’m grateful for them.

West Park has an amazing team of caring professionals. The rehabilitation department is awesome! The nursing team is caring and has experience in managing residents who have complex medical needs. All departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Dietary, and the Therapeutic Recreation Department all put their hearts and souls in caring for our residents. Kudos to a great team!
I visited my wife's cousin who is a resident of West Park Rehab and I was pleasantly surprised to find out the improvements that had been made to the facility. I have a lot of experience with nursing homes and rehab centers as I am a retired firefighter/EMT and who also worked part time with numerous ambulance companies. I knew the reputation of this facility when it was St. Ignatius, which was very bad. I found the building clean with no bad odors or debris on the floors. I found my wife's cousin in his room with a dirty shirt on and informed the staff who quickly remedied the problem and later called me at home for a follow up and any other concerns that I might have. All in all I found the place to be pretty good .
Excellent experiences. From reception desk to care givers of my brother- a double amputee, everyone is friendly and professional. A special thank you to management and physical therapist for their services. They keep us informed and my brother's recovery is beyond what we expected. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
The social worker Corey B. is fantastic. Corey is knowledgeable and timely in his responses which is especially helpful when planning and working through discharges. His kindness and professionalism are appreciated by the patient and families he works with at West Park Rehab and services supports like me.
