I just recently admitted my mother to this facility. When we toured, I saw everyone (staff and patients included) smiling and moving about the entire building. The morale felt great. Fatima in admissions was kind, helpful, and she made everything so easy for us. Sue (possibly admissions as well) was quick to respond, eager to help in any way, and extremely sweet. Additionally, the two people I’ve encountered at the front desk have been nice and helpful as well! Finally, the nurses have been present frequently so far and they have been very nice.

Yesterday, my dear Arturo was transferred there for rehabilitation, and they are more than kind! The employees are attentive, good listeners, and sincere, they don't pretend. I am very grateful to Sandra Lopez, Fatima, Lulu, Jorge, Elsa, Megan, Yvette, Tasha (physiotherapist). I know my relative will walk soon! I can’t wait to take him back at home. They're above and beyond! They have commitment and passion for what they are doing. Please remain consistent as a team and continue your work with sincere concern for our loved ones as you do now.
Access was easy. Staff was friendly, and instructions were clear to get checked in and get a badge to enter. Once inside, staff were helpful in directing me to the person I needed to see. Everyone was courteous and made the visit welcoming.
My sister and I went to visit our sister at West OrNge Centerfor Nursing and Health. The receptionist Mrs. Elsa and whatever else position that she may hold there was very helpful, polite, friendly, and professional. She is true to her calling and career-oriented. Mrs. Elsa made us feel very welcome and she Was exceptionally happy and an amazing person. She is a Great asset to the company and I hope that she is well appreciated. The facility was very clean and fresh. I was very impressed. Thank you for your service and treating patients with tender loving care that they deserve. The staff demonstrated professionalism and passion. Mrs. Elsa is dedicated to her job, full of compassion, and love, and is committed to the cause of the patients that are being housed at West Orange Center.
They are so helpful, and everyone is very friendly. They really do keep up with their residents and patients. Very clean establishment with no funny smells😊
