From the receptionists who are so.welcoming when you arrive;, to the the CNAs who are AMAZING who work so hard; Nurses who make sure patient receive care , the Activities/Admin/Social Workers staff, the cleaning crew, etc . The Director has created a family environment but more important making sure every patient needs are met by her staff. We are very happy with the care our family member is getting at WHHC.
All questions and concerns regarding Christina Burford's Care were addressed by nursing and administration in a timely and compsainate manner. Thus, Christina felt well taken care of as she continues on her healing to be able to return to her home. Thank you Everyone at West Hollywood Healthcare Center.
I love the staff and the response of time to a patients call. The Administrator even planned a football lunch prior to game. A professional pianist was present with patients that are bedridden and if only you could see their reaction. A minister blessed the patients and staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Wonderful facility with great staff! The facility is very clean and newly remodeled.
