Since moving in, my grandmother has been extremely happy with the level of care and attention she receives. My Mom has recently moved into Wesley Upper Moreland personal care unit. She is doing extremely well and loves it. Jackie and the whole staff have been wonderful. All are positive, happy, friendly and professional. This place is truly remarkable.
Two of my friends and I visited yesterday. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff as well as the cheerfulness of the residents. The decor was lovely, the food was delicious, and the apartments were fantastic. We loved it!
I recently moved my aunt from an independent living cottage into an independent living apartment, in the main building. I was amazed by how helpful the entire staff was with logistics. Maintenance, Sales and the administrative folks were there for me and my aunt every step of the way providing suggestions, guidance and support. The care and concern was astonishing, and completely blew us away. I literally could not have been happier with how the move was handled and the aftercare they’ve provided to ensure my aunt was comfortable was reassuring, and still continues. I get a sense that that is how Wesley operates. Every person on staff seemed to be on a first name basis with the residents. Wesley is a rare place staffed by incredible people.
When we moved my mother into Wesley Enhanced Living, everyone was so friendly and made her feel very welcome. Everyone meaning the staff and the residents. She says the day she walked in, to look at the facility, she knew right away that this was the place for her. Compared to other places we had visited, nothing was like Wesley for Mom. Mom says the food is delicious as well. She never misses dinner. Plus she has a balcony to put some flowers and plants out there so she can enjoy the colors of the season(s).
