100 Halcyon Dr, Media, PA 19063, United States
Our dear sister Tricia lived at Wesley for her last six months. The staff treated her as a friend with kindness and compassion. Our rather large family was also made to feel most welcome. The nurses, aides, therapists, social worker and numerous teams providing transportation, dietary, housekeeping, activities, security, admissions and business support all contributed to creating an environment of caring that balanced Tricia’s health struggles with moments of happiness. Our heartfelt thank you to all.

I spent four months at Wesley recovering from a fractured tibia. I received excellent, compassionate daily care, expert physical therapy, and constant encouragement and support. The staff were generous with their time and attention, the facilities were pleasant, the food tasty. Like most post-Covid nursing institutions, they suffered occasional short staffing, but those who remained did their best to see that my needs were met and my recovery assisted. Whether you need temporary recuperation or long-term residency, I highly recommend Wesley Enhanced Living.
I have lived at Wesley Enhanced Living since September 2021 -- I find it to be the best kept secret in Delaware County PA. There are fancier and more expensive places but what stands out about WEL is the friendliness of the staff and residents. This is truly a community atmosphere. Since I have been here I have seen several new residents who for one reason or another did not think they needed to be here -- but after seeing how welcoming everyone is they quickly fit right in and enjoy the carefree living. Of course we have a Tram that runs thru the building, heated pool, an energy club, a gym, a theater, a chapel, a well stocked library, a bistro, a dining room with a bar, activities, weekly bus trips etc. We also have 3 levels of care under the same roof so if your partner is in the Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing units you can visit them on a daily basis and even join them for meals. I met a woman who resides at one of the larger communities in Delco and she said she can go a week without anyone even saying hello to her. That will not be a problem here. I find the monthly charges to be reasonable but everyone has a different financial situation. I encourage everyone to at least include WEL in your list for vistation when looking for a senior community.
Great facilities, excellent caretakers! Newly refurbished (a multi year project!) Meals are excellent too.
I have high standards when it comes to the people that I trust with the well being of my parents. Wesley Enhanced Living exceeded my expectations. My Dad stayed there for 2 weeks for short term rehab to regain strength and walking ability. The staff there was always responsive to my father when he rang his bell, they were easy to contact by phone, when they said they would call you back they called back. Every department we worked with was superb - PT (Mirabel & Heath were so helpful), Social Work (Elenor is a superstar), Nursing (Cindy & All of the nurses were so kind to my Dad). I was so pleased with the amount of time and extra care they gave to my Dad on all levels. We have dealt with other facilities and they can't come close to the way that my Dad was treated and cared for at Wesley. The facilities are clean, my Dad thought the food was good & they truly care.
