My father stayed here on three separate occasions and we were very impressed. The facility is very clean. The nurses are wonderful and create personal relationships. The rehab worked hard with my dad to improve his mobility. Wellbrooke offers themed dinners and nights to keep it’s residents occupied.

My mother was placed there by me for rehab after a lengthy illness. This facility came highly recommended by hospital staff. We were not impressed, sure the facility is beautiful, but just like any other nursing home, staff is short, care for the patient is lacking. My mom had a ton of co-morbities, but she was able to walk when she first arrived. She would put on her call light to be taken to the bathroom, and sometimes they took quite awhile to answer, so they stuck in her in a depends, since no one could get her into the bathroom in a timely basis. She also had not been eating properly at home. We thought speaking to the dietician would solve some of the issues we were having, such as arriving cold every day, every meal, the food is brought in daily, so when they say fresh from scratch, it isn’t, also in her condition she did have some restrictions, but these requests fell on deaf ears. She continued to get things she could not eat, so she lived off the items I brought from home. She also developed a bladder infection , it was treated properly the first time; according to reports; however during the last week she was there, she developed another infection and had to be taken to the hospital, from this infection it turned her body sepsis and she died, from sitting in her own waste for hours. I wish I could have done better by her, by choosing a different facility.
The leadership team at Wellbrooke is constantly dedicated to tailoring individualized care plans for each resident that comes through their door. They are authentic and advocate for everyone. The ability to listen often times gets missed in healthcare, but not with this team. They take the time to listen to their resident’s needs and concerns. This team is special. Thank you for all you do for our community.
My significant other and I took a tour today. First and foremost the family smelled wonderful and the cleanliness was on point. Marie Bastine gave us the tour and to say she is 100 percent suited for her job is an understatement. She is so personable and tender hearted, and it was quite obvious she LOVES her job I must commend the staff as well. There was not one staff member that did not acknowledge amd speak to us and with a smile I might add. The activity rooms are over the top and seems to provide many activities. I would strongly urge anyone needing a Home, for their loved one to consider Weelbrooke. Because it definately had that,"AT HOME" feeling!
Absolutely love the facility! I have yet to meet any of the staff that was not helpful! Love the Life Enrichment Staff. They have made my husband extremely happy here. On every single occasion they go get Bob to do everything that Wellbrooke has to offer!
