Wellbrooke of Avon took incredible care of my grandmother during her rehab stay, and our family is so thankful for their compassion and professionalism. From the nursing staff to the therapy team, everyone went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, encouraged, and truly cared for. The facility is clean, welcoming, and run by people who genuinely have a heart for their residents. As someone active in the local senior care community, I’ve seen a lot — and Wellbrooke stands out. Wellbrooke of Avon has been such a pleasant surprise! I had such low expectations of nursing homes and when my mother was in need, we chose here after touring 8 different facilities! The staff are friendly and professional and all have called my mom by name since the very beginning. It is clean and does not smell like a nursing home. My mom raves about the food and enjoys all of the activities, especially bingo and when there is live music. My mom will move over to the assisted living side to participate in their Almost Home program to give her a few more weeks to rehab and build strength before going home. The staff communication regarding insurance has been timely and effective. All in all this has been a much better experience than we ever expected.
I enjoyed my stay at Wellbrooke of Avon and the help I received. I give all of the staff 4 Cs. Which stands for concern, commitment, care, and compassion. Everyone was so kind! Dining was wonderful as well. Q was extremely helpful and kind. Therapy was amazing and Robert and Gelatti were so helpful. From my wife, “Heidi and Netta in activities were the kindest people.” Heidi and Netta would bring us snacks and make us feel so involved in everything during my stay. We recommend Wellbrooke to anyone looking for rehab or nursing services.
Mary and Chai Mei in therapy are amazing. They didn't push me too hard when I needed a break, but encouraged me to do as good as I could. They always made me feel better after every therapy session. They congratulated me when I succeeded. All of the staff were great and the nurses were very polite. I liked that the nursing staff helped as soon as I needed it. I am very grateful for the help I received at Wellbrooke of Avon during my respite stay on Assisted Living.
My name is James Roth. I have just spent 5 weeks at Wellbrooke of Avon rehab learning to walk again. The experience was exceptional. From the first day of my arrival and for the next 35 days the people worked diligently, getting me back on my feet. I want to thank: The director of rehab: Jodi PT: Jaladhi PTA: Robert OT: Chiamei COTA: Anyea ST: Stephanie Nurse: Roodline They all went out of their way to enable me to successfully walk and perform again. There are many others that played a part in my recovery, the Nurses, CNAs, and too many more than a 78 year old male can even begin to remember all of their names. they were all fantastic!
