The facility looks nice, but the care was awful. I felt like l was taking care of myself. The area l was on smelled like urine, so badly. The bed was as hard as a rock and my one thin sheet had a small hole in it. They were so short staffed and l never knew if my physical/occupational therapist’s were coming or not. After 2.5 days, my husband picked me up and we left AMA (Against Medical Advice) They tried to get me to stay and telling me that my insurance might not paying if leaving AMA. My husband said he would take it up with our insurance.

Great staff and a nice facility. However the food is absolutely awful. And they don't check on their patients enough which leads to them getting bed sores.
This facility is great! My grandma lives at Wellbridge of Novi, and she absolutely loves it. I wouldn't trust her care anywhere else. Things have only improved since the new DON started. I have worked closely with the DON and Executive Director while managing my grandmother's care. The are both excellent to work with! They have personally seen to it that my grandmother has an Excellent, Passionate, Innovative, and Caring experience. All of the staff are great
Wellbridge of Novi is an excellent place for family and friends to recover from surgery, trauma or any other issues that require a rehabilitation center!!! My wife spent almost 60 days there recovering from an illness that temporarily paralyzed her almost totally. The nurses and staff in the rehab part did an excellent job getting her back to normal!! Sarah is the beautiful soul in charge over there and if you find an issue and bring it to her attention she's right on getting it fixed. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs a great rehabilitation center!!!!!
Writing this because I know families will look and wonder if this is the right place for their loved one. The old reviews from years ago do not match our experience. My grandpa is so happy we found care here for his rehab stay. It’s clean and modern like a Marriott hotel. The staff has been responsive and kind. He’s especially grateful for the top notch Physical Therapy he’s gotten 2x daily (even on weekends). He’s also enjoyed the food and the fact he can order something a la carte if needed. The company has been communicative about his potential discharge date and very helpful navigating insurance. We would definitely recommend this place under its current management and staff. Thanks for the great care!
