So far, I give them all five stars. At first, I was really concerned because their phone system didn’t even work properly, but I talked with the Director and he had somebody on it immediately and they are fixing it. My husband has progressive multiple sclerosis and has been in the facility for almost 2 months. They’re incredibly responsive to my calls, the food is outstanding, and he’s getting PT five times a week! My husband raves about the good food. And the care has been excellent—especially Lotti (one of his caregivers). It makes me sad when I see negative reviews. Nothing is perfect, especially when our loved ones are hurting and declining. But the responsiveness of Brandon Operations Director and Joe, vice president of operations (fo all facilities) have been outstanding. They even gave me cell numbers if I have concerns. So far so good! My Husband will probably be in this for the rest of his life, so if my opinion changes, I will post it. Otherwise, five stars all the way so far!🙏😊

I would not bring and leave my dog here . My dear friend, who we are moving asap , is not getting better- The care she is receiving is an abomination. Meds are never given on time. Pain meds are given one to two hours late, every day .( This is elder abuse). The food is terrible. The staff do not respond to the call button, but you can see and hear them laughing and goofing off in the hallway- all night long . While on the phone with my friend this evening I could hear the staff loud and clear fighting with each other in the hallway.( I'm not doing that, it's your job", " I'm not doing it either). The staff have called my friend a "cry baby" when she is beside herself with pain because her pain meds are not given as ordered .( Name calling and shaming is abuse). The building is deceiving - it's beautiful all right but what good is a beautiful building when the patient care is so lacking? We hear the excuse from the people in charge at Well bridge that they are short staffed. Well, pay people a good wage and you will get good dedicated employees.
Patient care is minimal at best. More than 4 hours passed on multiple occasions without anyone entering my dad's room who required assistance with the bathroom. More than 2 hours passed after pushing the help button before there was a response. He had the same clothes on for 2 days.. and slept in them. Family members were told to get their own water from the kitchen for the patients. Forgot to provide breakfast and lunch on the first full day there. Allergies not properly documented and communicated to the kitchen staff.
In my opinion my family member deteriorated rapidly for being here less then a week. He made lots more improvements at the hospital. If no one came to visit him they never would have realized he needed to be rushed to the ER. And it's now icu fighting for his life. When Last week the hospital told us he would be home within 3 weeks to a few months. Trust the reviews. Don't send your loved ones here. They do not care about medical care. Patient life quality. Patient recovery. Nothing. They just put on a fancy show. My family member made it about 2 days in the hospital after being here and getting an infection the staff didn't notice. He succumbed to his issues and passed. Do not use this company!
Please do not put your loved one here.My mother was here 5 days.One day when I was visiting all of the sudden she was slumping over on table.my husband stayed with her I ran to look for help the nurse was in the back corner of Hall texting on her phone.they never answered call lights.I was there every day.They don't care mom had bedsore Uti had a fall I had them call ambulance.She lasted one week in hospital and passed please don't let the beauty of this place fool you.Also at night they do not ever answer phone after 7 if I could give them 0 stars I would avoid this place please
