My mom has to be there for now. The staff are wonderful! The facility is clean and my mom is being well cared for. She's hurting and was in bad shape when she came there over a week ago. I haven't had one bad encounter with the staff. This is my first encounter with a place like this. I'm not an expert but I have zero complaints so far.

The visit went well. Upon arriving I noticed that there is a new logging in procedure for visitors. It use to be once you logged into the system at the front desk. It gave you a name tag to wear as you were visiting. Then when you returned all you did was show your face and if you were already in the system. You got a name tag for each time you visiting. Quite a simple procedure but now you have to fill out a questionnaire type process and you get no name tag to wear during your visit. I surely hope that each time I visit I don't have to go through this procedure again but it looks like I will. I've always been one to believe "if it's not broken, don't fix it." This changed after new ownership and I realize that this is something new businesses do because they want to put their stamp on their ways of conducting business. Just my thought to the new process.
To me, the best way to rate if a place is doing well & is pleasant is to ask the patient. The relative I visited with was so thankful & happy concerning the care & treatment he was receiving! Keep up the good work!
Prompt, professional staff. Friendly and welcoming environment. Very clean facility, well maintained. Overall good experience Would not hesitate to recommend Waynesburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation for anyone seeking short or long term care for there self or loved ones.
Staff was very friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. A nice gentleman named Nelson walked me back to the room of the person I was visiting.
