I have been to this facility several times time to visit one of my brothers. Every time I visit the facility, it is nice and clean, the residents look well taken care of. The administration is always nice and friendly. Every time I had a question regarding anything, they always gave me all the information I needed and made sure I understood what was going on. I never have to worry about him being mistreated or anything in the facility. Everyone in the facility is a blessing and I hope they continue to do what they do best and that is to take care and make sure the patients get the help and treatment they deserve.

Not a good place to rehabilitate an elderly parent. When was the last time this place was inspected by the state. This is unacceptable. My mom been there for 4 days with no daily plan or routine. There’s a different nurse assistant daily who uses the same excuse of it my first day with her so I’m not sure the plan. I asked to speak to the director of nursing and they called Stacy, assistant director of nursing and she was too busy on another wing to stop by the room to discuss my mom’s care plan. And a 72 hour update will be provided to the patient advocate. I guess we will get that on day 5 or 6. In addition to no plan they brought my mom cold food, the physical therapist told my sister she spent 10 minutes with my mom and told my she refused treatment. When I ask her what’s her PT routine she stated she doesn’t know. This is a horrible place.
The facility is very some timey and patients only get wash once or twice a a week mainly once .. when they play bingo they get yelled at for talking and disrespected like they children in school. most nurses are rude some very nice my mom drop her tablet and she wanted somebody to pick it up the nurse said “we are short of staff I can’t “ just to pick up a tablet and got smart …. Only if somebody come observe you will see the rudeness it’s very depressing because the way people talk and treat them
I've been here a few months and staff are nice and Monica is so nice.
My experience with this facility was great.I have a friend who was placed their for services to aid her with recovery. I have to say it was hard for them to aid her because the medical facility which placed her their didn't give them a lot of information on all her medical needs. I was directed to contact the Social Worker at Waverly for an appt. Once I got the appt and took all the necessary paperwork we were able to get the ball rolling for more productive care. Ms. Angela SW along with Ms Grace, and PA Mr Christopher was really attentive, cooperative, and helpful as to how and what we need to do in order to get the patient back home. I also informed my friend that she will have to do her part in working with the staff and facility as they aid in getting her back to good health. No one likes being away from family n friends but when they are placed their for services please, try to visit and communicate withe the staff especially Ms Angela and her colleagues. Don't let one bad apple spoil the show. Sometimes our love ones can't speak for themselves, sometimes they don't understand "Be their advocate". It will help all that is involved with their care.
