On June 25,2024 a cousin and I went to Waterford Senior Living to visit a friend. The building and grounds are immaculate. They even have screened porches for people to sit in so they don't have to worry about mosquitos. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Instead of just pointing the direction of our friends room ,they took us to her room. Thanks to the staff for making Waterford Senior Living a nice place to live for our family and friends. My tour at Waterford Senior living was extremely nice the facility is very clean the staff is very helpful and caring and connect well with all the patients. The facility offers a lot of amenities to treat the residents with high level of care and understanding. Their memory care unit was very secure. Their overall prices for care are very competitive with other Senior Care facilities within the Wisconsin area and I had a very good experience that allowed me to feel very good about being there.
My Mother has been with WSL since Aug.2020 - first in Assisted Living and now in Memory Care. Both areas have been a true blessing for us. The care she receives is more than I could ever provide. The staff is very attentive to her needs and keeps me well informed of any thing going on. In addition they have helped me through the transition. They freely answer questions. Zoom sessions twice a week have been set up. Just an amazing place!
Just want to say thank to Memory Care staff for always taking such wonderful care of my grandma and Connie for being so helpful. Wonderful nursing home!! Jane C.
