Warsaw Meadows Care Center provides a compassionate environment for residents. The staff is dedicated, and they strive to create a positive atmosphere. However, there have been occasional lapses in communication between staff and family members. Overall, it's a caring facility, but improvements in communication could enhance the overall experience.
I reached out to Jessica in admissions, trying to find placement for a family member. Although a brief interaction, she made me feel heard. She explained the Admissions process and made the overall experience stress free.
The staff here (nurses and cnas) are amazing, hard working crew I have met. The managers are always willing to step in and help out their staff members. Thank every single one of you for your great work.
This is an amazing living facility. They have so many wonderful activities. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They make you feel so important and like your family member matters. They treat them like they are their own. The social service department is top notch.
