I have so much gratitude about the staff and this place. Everyone that works here, from Registration, Administration, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, CNAs, Housekeeping, Kitchen, PT, OT, truly love their job. They do so much work without complaints. I'm amazed at how hospitable they are and how much they care for their patients and visitors. They listen to the patients needs. The environment is clean and spacious. They also have birds to help the restless. Their staff knows how to calm the elderly. All the CNAs work so much yet are so calm with every patient. No one has to tell them what to do, they just know what to do! They have a very good system for checking on their patients and the utmost respect for their patients. The food is really tasty and good for dietary needs! They also have a dialysis center in-house. The social workers visit every day and have social events for the patients. Special thanks to Alessandra, Erica, Veronica, Joselito, Jazmine, Julie, JJ, Sana, Jackie, MJ, Cher, Melissa, Lucas, Zaya, Jocelyn, Alicia, Brittany, Sapna, and many more for taking care of my mother EVERY single hour, day and night. Matt, Eddie, thanks for feeding us, we're going to miss the specials!

Suzy was amazing, the 3rd floor staff was amazing. Everyone cared for our mom and our families so well! While our mom was there and throughout her hospice care and her eventual passing and after -the care and dignity given was amazing. Highly recommend.
As an agency nurse who moves between different facilities, I probably don’t say this enough. I often get fixated on my patients and providing quality care, which means I don’t always have extra time for chit-chat with the staff. But I have to put this out there—this facility has an incredible team. The CNAs here are truly amazing. They do their jobs with dedication, without complaints, and ensure that every resident gets a shower, even those who are bedbound, using a shower bed when needed. And they do it without needing to be chased down, it’s simply part of their commitment to care. The social workers are exceptional, always on top of things and ensuring everyone is okay. Their compassion makes them feel like nurses because of how deeply they care. The staffing coordinator Javier is equally impressive, making sure scheduling is handled smoothly so residents receive quality care. And I can’t forget the DON, Maria—her support for the staff is outstanding, making it easier for us to provide the best care possible. If I don’t say it enough; thank you all. Keep giving your best. Heaven will reward each of you, and I hope you are paid what you truly deserve!
Our mom ( Linnea Arthur room 310) was at Warren Barr from November 2024 through April 6, 2025. My mom came to Warren Barr after a broken hip/surgery. Her recovery was difficult and very challenging! I cannot say enough about every•single•person who cared for my Mom. From the Social worker ( Suzy Hopkins to the desk clerks at the front desk. And all the nurses, nurses aids, day room helpers, housekeeping staff, physical therapists!! Everyone was WONDERFUL!! Thank you!!!
After stayed 20 days in room #112, my husband was discharged from here on Thanksgiving day. Overall it is more human than hospital stay. People here are more friendly. From sale coordinate Kristin, and administration director and social service director Lisa,. Kristin kept the promise to give my husband a single room with recliner. Lisa work efficiently with insurance, and arranging home health care for us. Nurses and CNAs are kind and they response time is OK. My husband also like occasional therapy team but not physical therapy team. The meals are terrible, I always bring home cooked food to replace them. Since my home is only one mile away it is ok to bring hot food in.
