We work with Walnut Ridge for all of their fire safety needs. John truly cares about the facility and its residents. They do not cut corners. The front desk is incredibly kind, as well. I would feel very good recommending Walnut Ridge to anyone looking for a safe place to live.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional care and warmth at Walnut Ridge Senior Campus, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a sense of belonging and comfort that truly made it feel like home. The staff at Walnut Ridge is simply incredible. They go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels welcomed and valued from day one. In particular, we must mention Chad, who has been an absolute gem throughout our entire experience. Chad’s communication skills are exceptional; he is not only sincere but also takes the time to get to know each individual personally. He walked us through every step of the process with patience and understanding, making the transition smooth and stress-free. The attention to detail and genuine care exhibited by the staff, especially Chad, is what sets Walnut Ridge Senior Campus apart. We have seen firsthand the dedication and passion they have for creating a supportive and loving environment for seniors. We wholeheartedly recommend Walnut Ridge to anyone looking for a place where they can feel at home and receive top-notch care. Thank you to Chad and the entire team for making such a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families!
My experience with staff and other patients/ residents has been phenomenal current room 132 Vi
I cannot say enough good things about Walnut Ridge. My Mom has lived there for six years, in both the independent and assisted living areas. She has made many great friends, started exercising daily, including swimming for the first time in her life. She attends fitness classes, chapel services and many social gatherings for residents and families. Walnut Ridge has made a big difference in our lives and in Mom's quality of life. Their handling of COVID19 has been stellar from day one. They took the right safety measures to mitigate the virus and communicated to residents and families along the way. They acted quickly and diligently to develop new ways to keep residents active and informed by providing fitness classes, chapel services, updates and fun and games on their TV's. Residents get frequent visits by staff to celebrate holidays, special days, or sometimes for no reason other than to share a smile and a treat. Photos are shared on the Walnut Ridge Facebook page for families to see. They took quick action to make changes in meals, mail delivery, grocery delivery, visitor procedures, etc. to protect everyone during COVID19. The entire staff at Walnut Ridge makes a difference every day and I am thankful that this is where my Mom gets to call home.
Finding a place for your parent is a big deal. There are lots of considerations when they leave their home and move to a new place. It sometimes is an uncomfortable reversal of roles. When we set out to find a place for our mom, we checked out a lot of places and there were a lot of nice places. Places that looked nice and had nice locations and nice grounds, there were a lot of them. Walnut Ridge was different. The staff was different and that's what stood out. It never stood out more then with the onset of Covid-19. Walnut Ridge took charge of the health and safety of all those who lived there and locked the facility down from the beginning. While it was hard not being allowed in, we completely understood and appreciated the level to which they truly cared about the safety of those all those who live there. Even though we couldn't get in to see our mom, we never worried. Ok, we worried, but we never worried that Walnut Ridge wasn't doing everything possible to care for her. And a year later, that care continues. They made sure that through the holidays there continued to be that critical connectivity between the staff, residents and family. It didn't matter if it was Independent or Assisted Living. They checked on them and made sure they were safe and cared for. When you're looking for a place for your parent or parents look at Walnut Ridge. Look at the people. Our mom is safe and happy at Walnut Ridge and after all the decisions that need to be made and all the emotions involved, you really can't ask for more than that.
