Just retired kind bored and wanted to check out the Senior center activities there. Just started the chair aerobic workout. Love it. Their are many more exercise classes I want to look into. I know I won't do them at home. Plus it gets me out of the house and meet people since I am not originally from here. Their are more activities besides exercise classes I will be checking out. Kinda excited of the next chapter of my life.
It's a very nice place for the seniors to meet and lots of actives for them to do and get coffee and a snack in the morning and a hot meal at lunch it keeps the seniors active and helps their outlook of their elderly years
Nice place for Senior citizens to go. They serve lunch for walnut cove area. They have coloring, and puzzles day i visited.
I just started spending time there this week, they are very friendly and helpful
