My mom wss in this a facility and i must say i am very impressed. The staff is caring and did there due diligence in taking care of my mother. The doctor and nurses looked out for her medical needs. Her dietary needs were met and the therapy that was provided was excellent. I highly reccomend walnut cove.

My aunt was a resident here at this facility and they gave great care to her while she was there ! I’m thankful for the staff that took care of her and loved her like their own . Meant a lot to me & my family .
I'm lucky to have a great rehab facility in my small town. We take care of our neighbors and friends at Walnut Cove. The staff truly care about the residents and their families. We provide that small town feel for the people in this town.
The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond helping new residents and employees transition. They help make a stressful situation manageable with their compassion and knowledge. The Executive Director goes above beyond for her staff, residents, and families.
My friend is a patient there and she messed on herself twice and had to clean herself by herself. She rang her call button and it was on for hours and no one came. She can't walk and it looks as though she never will. Why can't these seniors be treated with dignity. My friend calls me every day and sometimes crying because of the lack of caring. I wish I knew who owned that place!
