My brother is a long term resident at Wachusett Rehab and Nursing and I have nothing but positive things to say. My brother is well cared for and happy. They are wonderful in communication if something is going on with him. The nurses are wonderful in how they interact with him. The support staff is also very communicative and attentive. His social worker Sonya has been incredibly helpful with his case and I appreciate everyone’s intentional care.
My mom has been at Wachusett for over a year now. I can't say enough how fantastic the whole staff is . The nurses, aides, p.t., administration, activities, housekeeping, and maintenance are all wonderful. The menu and kitchen are excellent as well. Everyone and each department makes you feel like they really care about their residents. I spent several weeks at wachusett rehab and did very well there. The physical and occupational therapists are very knowledgeable. The therapy that I received from them helped me a great deal in my recovery. I would and will suggest them to others.
