Their entire team is top notch from the first points of contact Yasmine & Meredith, to the Executive Director Jack & every other person I've ever encountered in the building, I've been so impressed. I highly recommend Volante Senior Living. My 80 year old father has been a resident for 18 months, and he really loves the overall experience -- I would especially like to compliment and give great positive testimony to all the staff who work at Volante -- everyone takes great care of my Dad. If you are reading this review, there is no reason to look at any other Senior Living home. From our experience, Volante Senior Living is the best in the area. Thank you team Volante for everything you do for my father. I am so impressed and satisfied with how great Volante is, that I came to their site just to leave this positive reference. Thank you.
There are no perfect places, especially when it comes to something so challenging as caring for your elderly loved ones, but Volante has been exceptional to my family! My mom has been there for around 3 years now. From the management down to all the caregivers, we have found them nothing but caring, diligent, and supportive to us all. Thank you for caring for her!
Not happy. Mom's toilet seat broken for days before fixed. Hot water hasn't worked in a week so aids didn't shower her. Dining facility still closed from storm damage so they have to eat in rooms...but they don't pick up trash for days and they want to raise rates! Don't send your loved ones here!
My mom is loving her new life here! As one of the most important decisions you'll ever make, the staff, particularly Meredith, Yasmine, and Jack, made the process and transition so smooth! They take the stress off your shoulders with their positivity, reassurance, and speedy communication. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Chef Jennings', and her team's, food is delicious and healthy. The nurses, caretakers, wellness staff, and maintenance staff are so efficient, kind and empathetic. It is clear the staff loves to assist elderly and ensures their emotional well-being in addition to their physical. My mom, who was reluctant to move into ALF, has been the happiest I've seen her since her Alzheimer's diagnosis. She wakes up every day and says "Let's get this party started!" The staff checks on her every 2 hours, administers her medication, assists with showers, and does her laundry/cleaning. As someone who is reluctant to eat, the staff brings her to meals and activities, and then she gobbles it up. I wholeheartedly trust & recommend Volante with the care of your loved one.
