The directors here demanded that my family move in one day without any explanation of the cost and care plan when she moved from assisted living to memory care, and they sent me a recalculated bill. They didn't give me time to look for another place and asked me to pay double the cost of care. I've asked them several times to explain what services will be getting, but they haven't done it for days and they haven't shared any data of my family and physician's report either. They don't even know who the current doctor is, and they don't update the legal documents I provided properly. It's a mess. Most of the staff here are friendly, but it seems like they don't communicate with the directors who are a mess. Also, the security was really bad. One day I found out that they had not been paying attention to the visitor records for a while. When I asked to see the visitor records on the check-in computer, they said that no one knew how to find the records on the computer. It took over a month for it to be available, which meant that they let strangers come see my family and that they didn't care if there was danger or something bad going on. The computer at the front desk was just a decoration to advertise that they have 24 hour security. I strongly advise against leaving your loved one in such a facility.

Volante senior living happens to be the facility that my mom is living in. Her experience and my visits to her seems as if they don't have enough staffing to assist the residents. My mom had fallen down in the bathroom and it took over 30 minutes for a response The staffing here is not the best such as the lack of response time when an individual person needs things that they can't do for themselves Such as getting down to the activities they offer Getting down to the dining room can be an arduous task for the staff as it seems that they are not prepared to handle these responsive abilities With that being said the State of Nevada is investigating this facility Also, the office of Health Care and Quality control will be assessing the facility to make sure that they are following state and federal regulations regarding HIPPA and PHI laws I have personally been in my mom's room and witnessed a staff member who was not meeting my mom's needs She can't do some ADL skills without assistance such as getting herself prepared in the morning
The staff at Volante welcomed me warmly when I stopped in without an appointment last week. They could not have done more. Jessica showed me around their lovely facilities and patiently answered my questions. I'm finding far less anxiety about coming changes in my life!
When I entered the community, it was such a warm welcome. I spoke with many residents that spoke highly of the care provided as well as front line staff. Gorgeous structure and so many smiles!
Great location. Cleanliness! Awesome food!! Resident engagement is the best!! There’s great staff who go above and beyond to make our residents lives fabulous!! Highly recommend this place! 🥰
