My mother resided at Volante of Largo (initially Grand Villa then Baybrook of Largo) for over 3 years. She started out in AL and then soon after ended up in Memory Care. I noticed a real improvement when Volante acquired the community under Stefanie Wheeler as the Director. The cleanliness improved as well as the ability to interact with her and her staff as to Mom's care. I moved so I had to move Mom closer to me but she loved living at Volante and I am grateful for that. Thank you to all who work there!

Ok, I don’t live at Grand Villa, however I am so happy my mom does. When I learned mom wasn’t able to return to her home to live alone I was left with looking for a place for her to live, with help for her care. I toured a few places, but Grand Villa of Largo just stuck out. It felt cozy, homey, and a place I found I may be happy with if I had to live there. So…I brought mom to check it out. She approved, so she moved in this past November, 2021. From the first day the staff was so friendly and their was entertainment of a gentleman singer who was very talented. Residents were engaging and dancing. Mom seemed interested. As time has gone on she tells me of the good meals and the visits from various entertainers and the puppy visits, as she loves animals. She has actually become quite the entertainer herself, at Grand Villa, being a past music teacher, organist, choir director… well all things music. She loves to play piano for all of the residents. I feel it gives her purpose, and, well, they seem to very much enjoy it, too. She had made wonderful friends and the staff has been so amazing. I love visiting her and sharing time with her there. I would so recommend Grand Villa for their elder loved ones.
All of the staffs in that facility has been great, my father been in volante senior living in the memory care unit since December 2023.every time I go there it always makes me feel like I had chosen the right place for him. they care for him like it was their family member and keep me updated on what has been happening to him. Stephanie the memory care director has been wonderful. and whatever I needed from the doctor she would relay the message for me as she was me. the care she put in to make sure my dad is taken care of it's been wonderful. and Linda who is the activities director she always sends me photo of my dad so when I am at work it's so nice getting photo or video to check on him and the whole memory care staffs there is many of them, they all been so wonderful and great, every time I visits my dad they keep me up on what he been up to the day of or that week and if there is anything funny happens they would let me know, they treat him like it their family and it warms my heart when I see that also my dad doesn't speak any English the staffs there still try to communicate with him with either hand sign or even trying to get an app on the phone for the translator app so they can try to speak to him the extra miles they would go I could never ask for better place for my dad to be there and Nick the director of the facility, he has been great and when I had questions about the facility or any kind of billing, he gets back to me right away and work with our family needs. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a place for their parent. the facility is great they always have activities and event going on and even had hair salon. which we love and use often.
My mom, Nancy, moved in December 2021. She recently passed away in her apartment at Volante that she called home. She so enjoyed being there. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff. Mom received excellent care from the med techs, especially. They treated her like their own mom. I wish I could name specifically everyone (don't want to leave anyone out) but suffice it to say that starting with Nick, the ED, the front desk gals, the business office, the wellness director and staff, maintenance guys, the culinary director and her staff, activities director, housekeeping & even the gal who did her hair all went above and beyond to make Volante feel like home. Volante of Largo will always have a special place in my heart!
Excellent Care and Amazing Staff! I have had a very positive experience with baybrook and am extremely pleased with the level of care they provide. The staff are truly exceptional - they are kind, attentive, and always go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of the resident. The facility is older but well-maintained and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. We love the executive director Nick! Thank you to the dedicated team for all that you do! I highly recommend this home to anyone in need of compassionate and professional care!
