Ruby,the Executive Director is the reason we originally chose this facility. Their Memory Care has a number of activities to help stimulate the residents minds. Chandler is the Activities Director. He is caring and very intuned with the residents. He's an excellent manager with great PR skills. The meals are average, like all facilities there are challenges, no place is perfect, but Volante of Dunedin has been a very positive choice for our mother. I would highly recommend this place.

My mother has been at the Volante for 5 months now and the care is amazing. The staff is so caring and friendly. They communicate with family regarding their loved one health and if there is ever a problem. Tonight they had a special dinner where a family member could come and eat as well and the food tasted like it was from a fine dining restaurant.
My 91 year old mother recently moved to Volante of Dunedin. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help her adjust to her new surroundings. The facility itself is beautiful and is spotless showing attention to detail. What truly stood out was the excellent food making meal time delightful for my mother who has rather selective tastes.
I have been very impressed by the genuine and sincere manner in which Sales Director Angela Laboy goes about her job. She is absolutely fantastic, very organized, and she is a great communicator. Kayla the Business Manager and Rubye the Executive Director are super senior managers and great leaders. They make everything easy for the residents and families. I can't leave out the exceptional Wellness Nurse Joan Hill and all her caring staff for their dedication to ensuring all the residents get the best attention possible. Folks work hard at Volante of Dunedin and it sure shows!
I can’t say enough about Volante of Dunedin. From the moment I walked through the door for a tour I fell in love with this community. Everyone from upper management to daily aides that help with residence care are so caring, kind and compassionate. I know my dad will thrive here and I can’t wait to see him enjoy the rest of his years here. I am relieved to know he is getting top quality care.
