We wanted to share this review of Volante Senior Living Arlington Heights IL and express how happy we are that our loved one is in their care. Volante of Arlington Heights has a staff that is caring , nurturing , and compassionate. The staff puts their residents first and makes sure all their needs are met. The staff is very communicative on any issues that come up . Vicki the director is the best. She takes a lot of pride in her position and makes sure that everything runs smoothly in the facility. The cleanliness of the facility is wonderful! We love that there are activities offered each day/all day . There is always plenty of staff around to make sure the residents are cared for. The activity director is friendly and offers a variety of fun activities to engage in daily . Thank you for that ! The nursing staff is top notch! They are very knowledgeable. When our loved one came to Volante our loved one was experiencing a medical condition, that they had been dealing with for a very long time prior to being at Volante . Once at Volante they addressed the issues and their medical staff knew how to take care of it. We have to say our loved one already looks more healthy. If your looking for a place for your loved one we would definitely recommend Volante of Arlington Heights. Thank you to everyone there ! We can now relax and feel comfortable knowing our loved one is being cared for by a staff that cares about their residents .

As a new resident of Volante, I have found a wonderful new home. The staff is outstanding, helping with any concerns I may have. The residents are very friendly and enjoy doing activities with one another. I have never felt so welcome as I have since the very first day I moved in. I would recommend Volante very highly to anyone who is seeking the companionship and well-being of senior living. It is an excellent facility.
A big thank you to Michael DaSilva at Volante Senior Living of Delray Beach. My mother has been in Memory Care at Volante since October of 2023. The care she receives there is due in large part to Michael. As with all of the residents, my mom loves spending time with Michael. Michael always operates with an open door policy and always shows such compassion when we discuss my mom’s needs and care. Since he became the Memory Care Director he has made many improvements for the residents and the facility generally. He has created a caring environment providing support and guidance to the staff. Michael’s leadership is reflected throughout the staff - Karla, Luke, Charlene, Rose, Toni and all the staff are very caring and make the extra effort that is needed in a challenging environment. I want them to know that they make a huge difference in not only my mom’s life but mine as well. I appreciate your efforts and thank you so much!
My mom was a resident at Volante Delray Beach MemoryCare. Although she was only there for 3 months before she passed away the care she received by EVERYONE was wonderful. I have visited twice since she passed away and each time I enter the memory care facility I am still treated like family. I highly recommend Volante Delray Beach. From Dianna in sales to each of the staff mom was treated well.
The sales director, Dianna, is such an asset to the senior living industry. Her knowledge and passion for seniors is evident when you visit her beautiful community.
