My mom was placed in short-term care with care level 4 because I was no longer able to look after her after almost nine months. Also, no level of care was set and everything still had to be initiated. The suffering of seeing my mom like that was just too great. Despite a lot of guilt on my part that she couldn't stay in her usual environment and withdraw, I was shown understanding and the whole team is just great! I don't feel so bad about it anymore and I can come visit mom more and more often. I also always received support when contacting the nursing care insurance company! Thank you for all the help! I'm revising my review! Probably one of the worst employers in the industry. Nursing assistants and the like are worthless and just have to perform! Honestly, the place wouldn't run without the PH, and I was proud of every colleague! The WBL is incompetent and arrogant beyond compare. Residents suffer because of the quality of service! Shame on you, Vitanas! I'm glad I'm no longer working for you.
A very nice senior center. My mom lived there for 1.5 years until she left us. She was always well cared for, cared for and cared for. The staff is very nice, always had an open ear and was very helpful. The food was also very tasty. The premises were always very clean. Requests were addressed and implemented. Even in the dying phase, we (the relatives) were well supported and received emotional support. Many thanks to the entire team at the Vitanas Senior Center on the banks of the Rhine. Special thanks go to the living area management of living area 2, as well as the nursing assistants and the everyday care (Fr. M.T., Fr.C. C.,)!
Dear Vitanas Senior Citizens Center on the banks of the Rhine, My father was in short-term care with you and I have to say I am so glad that I chose your house. The nursing staff were really nice and tried to fulfill all of my father's wishes. He felt very comfortable and we were able to go on vacation with peace of mind. We will recommend you and will definitely come back Kind regards and please keep doing your great work, which is not always easy in this Corona situation.
Vital medications were not administered because they were forgotten to order (statement from employee). The relatives were not informed about this situation. Retirement home plays with the health of the “residents”. Corona tests for new residents are carried out after they have been integrated into your “group”.
