We could not be happier with Vitality Living Spring Hill. Frankie went out of his way and did magic to get my mother in law to be able to be here. The staff, Robert, Sabrina, Denise, all of the caring aides are absolutely wonderful. The facility is beautiful, the activities are delightful and moms never complained about the food! Everyone is warm and welcoming. If you have a loved one that can no longer stay on their own we highly recommend this facility.

My family and I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at Vitality! They have gone above and beyond taking care of our father. The attention to detail and level of care from housekeeping, wellness, med techs and meals have far surpassed our expectations. They are all angels!
If I could give that place a negative star I would. The staff their lie continously they lie as natural as breathing air. One of their clients has fallen at least 23 times in the past month. They don't check on their residents nor give them any hygiene care or any other care that they may need. They have a very clicky atmosphere if they don't feel that you fit in they will slander your name and purposefully get you terminated and henceforth they continue to spread rumors. They also have bugs everywhere and dirty dishes laying in plain sight.
Everything sounded great at the initial meeting with my dad, who is in a wheelchair and unable to walk. We took comfort in being told he would have an alert button necklace as part of living there because he is prone to falling down and needs Two weeks into his stay he fell and spent 5 hours laying on the floor of his apartment because Vitality did not give him the alert device. Fortunately, he was ok. Between this, their deceptive/pressure sales tactics, not having the apartment ready until a week after it had been paid for, not returning phone calls, having zero real compassion and an unwillingness to admit their mistakes and make them right, this place is rotten. Their shtick, “we are honored to have you” is as real as a three dollar bill.
All the staff are wonderful with the residents. Very caring. It's great having my mom reside there and feel at home.
