My mother and sister have lived here for about 2 years. Every one is super nice. Sherry at the front desk is always helpful, nice and so welcoming . All the servers in the dining room are so good to my mother who is 101 years old. Belinda knows just what she wants and likes . Overall it’s been a great situation for them.
I highly recommend Vitality Lake Forest for your loved ones. They create such a welcoming environment and a feeling of being home from the moment you walk into the door. My Mother does not want for anything and is treated kindly and always with respect. Many thanks to ALL the wonderful workers there who go above and beyond to make each resident feel loved and cared for.
We moved my MIL into Vitality almost a year ago. Best decision we could have made. The entire staff has come to feel like trusted family members. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. The amount of activities, run by a caring team of people, is amazing. Her one bedroom apartment is the perfect size for transitioning from her larger condo. We wish we had moved her there years ago.
My brother has lived here 18 months and it’s an amazing facility. Weekly social games, lots of interaction with other residents.
