Our aunt is accommodated very well here. Her words upon arrival were. “I’ll stay here.” That was a year ago. Recently, after a short hospital stay, she came back to her room at Vitalis and simply said, “Finally home.” She clearly feels good here and enjoys being here.
My husband was at Vitalis for 7 months - he received exemplary care and I was very satisfied. Because of the Corona restrictions, for a long time visits were only permitted with prior registration and in a separate room. However, it was always possible to take the residents outside for a walk, But after relief, the measures were immediately withdrawn and people were allowed back into the rooms. My husband was always well looked after and had a nice relationship with his immediate, very caring carers.

Especially at the moment, I feel like my father is in very good hands there. Despite the Corona crisis, the staff is always friendly, visits are easily possible after registering by phone and, taking into account the large number of hygiene measures, everything works well. Thanks especially to the nice nurses from living area 2.
