From the start with their wonderful marketing duo, to the team of directors they have assembled, to the quality of interior and exterior finishes, it was worth the wait for opening this week! The staff have treated my mom like she is their own family and it already feels like the definition of community.

I came in from out of state to find an assisted living placement for my mother. One of the placed I toured was Vitalia Mentor. Joanna was absolutely amazing! She is one of the most professional yet compassionate individuals I have ever met. Walking around with her you could tell that the residents new and loved her. The facility was very nice but Joanna is a rockstar. She had the right balance of support and information without being intrusive.
Sending out waves of gratitude for Senior Living Coordinator, Joanna, as she has helped me during this initial stage of downsizing from a home to a Villa. Her spirit of joy and sincere caring have bolstered my courage and strength to move steadily along on this life journey. Gratefully, Rita K
The food is not edible , except for breakfast ! Chicken always overcooked, like most items , can’t even cut the chicken, constantly OUT of things when you ask for it, eg. cream cheese, relish, bacon , they run out of desserts a couple times a week, never enough made!
From start to finish, the experience has been wonderful . From meeting with Joanna for the tour, to processing everything with Chloe and Jessica, the process has been super smooth. If they show half the patience to my mother that they showed me, I’ll be ecstatic. Just left the facility for the final walkthrough and even got to see them slide my mom’s nameplate on to the door. She’s excited for this new adventure at Vitalia and so are we!
