I recently visited the facility and had a pleasant in-person experience—the staff were kind and welcoming. However, during my visit, I spoke with the administrator regarding a concern raised by one of their nurses. The nurse had mentioned in a prior meeting that the facility did not have reliable cleaning staff. When I brought this up to the administrator, his response was that he did not want to do business with me, stating that I was speaking to him in a rude manner. I clarified that I was simply relaying what his own staff member had shared with me, not being disrespectful. Despite this, he ended the call by hanging up on me.
Seems like a wonderful place my sons grandparents are both there. Staff was attentive and concerned about the residents.
Memory care unit is full of caring QMA's. They take good care of the residents.
Went for a walk through and my husband and I were surprised and impressed, by everything, came home filled out application, and anxious to get approved and move in!!! We were approved and moving on last weekend of July. The process went very quickly and was easy to get in the facility. Thank you Brad for all your help you were great!
