Sadie, my dog and I visited March Hoffman, a dear friend from church and we had a wonderful visit. She loves Vista Springs and we enjoy visiting her there, although we like it when the weather is better and we can be outside in the courtyard. I like their sign in and sign up procedure. It’s very safe. Marge feels well looked after and considers it her home. She even had her fingernails painted green for St. Patrick’s Day!

I am a healthcare worker who has the privilege of serving many residents of Vista Springs Ravinia. I can not say enough good things about the facility. The environment itself is beautiful. When you walk in there is a warmth that you do not see at similar facilities. Then, what really sets Vista apart, the caregivers. I have been blown away by the attention to detail shown by their team. Vista Springs Ravinia sets the bar high for other assisted livings to aspire to be. :)
i think vista springs does an amazing job all around. like any place an aid can’t come right away every time, but they still are very responsive and helpful to residents. unfortunately my grandpa needs more of a hospice facility at this point otherwise he would be staying!! everyone who my mom and i have dealt with has been beyond kind to us. overall if your loved one needs assisted living, i would say this is a beautiful place with lots of activities & friendly staff who knows everyone’s names and makes you feel at home.
Everyone working at Vista is so accommodating & helpful from my very first step into the lobby area with the courtesy of the receptionist at the front desk to my walk down the halls to visit my mom living here have all staff I've met along the way been friendly. I feel confident in my mom's stay here.
Beautiful community with warm, smiling staff - the atmosphere is so welcoming! Tina in activities is especially kind and does such a great job keeping the residents engaged.
