I lived in this house as a child. It’s haunted. We heard a child laughing and running through the house, the basement door was wide open every morning. My sister who lived in the bedroom saw orbs and always complained about a foul Odor.. I was in the smaller bedroom upstairs, by the bathroom, turns out there was a little girl who died in there during the plague.. my parents heard footsteps going up the stares at night when my sister and I were not home. My stepdad stained the floor, and there were footsteps going right into the wall. All the Cupboards in the kitchen were wide open every morning, and the stove or oven be kept going off.. the door in my parents room led to the outside but there were no stairs.. that was weird! But we never were comfortable being in that house alone. We lived there 1996-98. I wonder if recent residents experienced the same?

This place is decent looking on the outside but needs lots of work on the inside to be a true value to the residents who live there. Upon walking into the place, it smells like wet dog/pets. The carpeting in the walkways are stained based on pets or possible human accidents. For it being a "senior" type living situation, they are NOT prepared for outages that happen often during the winter months. This place is also NOT ADA compliant when it comes to bathroom setup, kitchen usage, or elevator. This place is owned by people who treat this place like their other "family" units that have NO understanding of what or how "seniors" need to live.
Seniors age 62 up. At least one person must fit that age. Open to anyone in US. Cheapest rents By the beach. Some apts have sunset or ocean views. Small units. Most residents don’t mingle. Beautiful front area. Senior center next door. Waiting list is about 200 years long. I don’t make this up. I applied way before age 62 & my position rose only 3 spots per year. Apply as an infant if you can.

The residential agent refused to even come to the door to talk to me. She just answered the phone and said that she was busy and that the list was 8 years long. I felt humiliated that I did not warrant a face-to-face discussion. Perhaps I still had questions???
