My family has been using Visiting Angels for the past 2 years for my father in-law. In that time we have had the same caregiver, Patricia. She has been such a blessing and we feel so lucky to have her caring for our loved one. She is kind, caring, and thoughtful. Dominique, the supervisor, checks in regularly to make sure that he is getting the level of care that he needs. We highly recommend Visiting Angels if you are looking for a professional and personable caregiver for your loved one.
Visiting Angels has been perfect for us. It has been almost 2 years since I first met Dominique and could tell that she truly cares about her clients. I am my Dad's full time caregiver but having Visiting Angels staff help a couple days a week has helped me tremendously. We have had some wonderful caregivers. Both Dominque and Maricele are always responsive when I have questions or need anything. Thank you for being AMAZING!
Dominique, the owner, was so awesome and accommodating with our pressing situation. She sent Tina to be dad’s caregiver. I could not have asked for a better caregiver for dad. She was patient, kind, and so very professional. Mariecelle was also so kind and helped me navigate this new world we find ourselves in. I highly recommend this Visiting Angels branch and their team! Visiting Angels was very helpful during a troubling time. My 87-year old father had just passed away from COVID and my 81-year old mom was having problems living at her home. I stayed with her but had to leave and Visiting Angels performed amazingly. they provided diligent care and documented every step along the way. They started with a detailed interview, followed up my phone/email interaction for scheduling, and lastly expert senior care for memory impaired clients. Billing was weekly and easy to accomplish.
