While I have only been working with Visiting Angels for a couple of weeks, they have absolutely gone above and beyond to assist me with with providing care for family member during a very difficult time for us. When I came to Quinten and Leigh Ann they were both so helpful, kind, and understanding. I needed to get care setup almost immediately, and they worked with me and were able to get a caretaker in my home within a week. I have always been able to pick up the phone and call Q with any questions, he always makes time to talk with me and makes me feel supported. I really appreciate that while I am navigating this new normal. Cindy works with us Monday - Friday, and she is one of the most amazing human beings! I already feel like she is part of the family, and we are so very lucky to have her. She has just been so wonderful...cool, calm, and collected, and navigates each day with grace and joy! (she is also an amazing chef and problem solver) Delores works with us on weekends, and she is also wonderful! She keeps things running smoothly and is always looking for ways to help. I know she has our best interest in mind and at heart. I am so grateful for the help of these two true angels and the wonderful staff that I have worked with at this organization!
