Visiting Angels came through for us when my Grandmother was discharged from the hospital and we needed a care plan quickly. The caregivers were kind, patient, and reliable—even in cold, snowy conditions. Their support has been a tremendous help.
Lillian has been very helpful to my aunt. Anything that she asks her to do she does with no questions asked. She’s always there on time. My aunt enjoys her company. Thank you Lillian for taking good care of her
I just had an interview and apparently the blond lady, that done my interview, wants their employees to tell things to the clients neighbors. From my understanding, an employee is not supposed to share any personal information about a client to anyone? But the question she asked me, "If your clients neighbor comes up to you and asks about your client what do you do?" My answer was, "I wouldn't tell them anything." As soon as I said that she closes her papers and says she would get a hold of me before 4pm today if they could use me. Even though when I first got there she offered me a water so I could pee for their drug test. I'm not stupid, but what got me is why would she stop the interview when I answered her question with me not discussing any information about a client. Of course I'd talk to the neighbor, but oh well Ive got other interviews, and I don't want to work somewhere where people can just talk all day about their clients if they want.
I live in a different state from my dad. The visiting angels have done a great job helping him with his meds and making sure he eats.
