We have just started with Visiting Angels, and so far, we are very happy with them. The initial phone visit was amazing, and the in-home assessment visit was really helpful. The caregiver who was assigned to us is a good match. She is cheerful and loving and willing to help. This is a blessing in my life.

Visting Angels has been a Godsend to our family. From the very start, they have been open, honest, and made every effort to accommodate us despite some very trying and uncomfortable circumstances. My Father has dementia and, as is common, doesn't realize his physical and cognitive shortcomings. My Mother has recently also been diagnosed. Her symptoms are not yet as pronounced, but her short term memory is all but gone. My Father would convince my Mother that they didn't need caregivers and would send them home and attempt to fire them. Sometimes actually locking them outside. It became a dangerous environment. The Caregivers were experienced, patient, and never upset. The front office crew of Shawnel, Roni, Lisa and Amy were fantastic to work with and truly cared about our family. I would highly recommend them!
Every one at Visiting Angels Redlands has been very kind, helpful and attentive to our needs. Thank you for taking such good care of my husband and for helping me with all of my questions!
Every single employee has been caring, kind, and efficient. Our needs were diverse and complicated at times, but every question was promptly answered and every situation handled effectively yet gracefully with compassionate understanding. Unbeatable patience. From everyone.
I can't say enough great things about Visiting Angels and the professionalism and high level of care that we received. The care givers were highly experienced and displayed grace and competency in all situations no matter how stressful or trivial.
