My Mom has been receiving care from the Visiting Angels (Jenkintown, PA branch) for approximately 4 weeks. So far, the care has been exceptional! Each of the caregivers are warm, friendly, compassionate and professional. My mom is extremely happy with the care and the assistance they provide on a daily basis. It is a relief to know that Mom is safe and has wonderful people around her. I would also like to commend the schedulers. We have had to change my mom's schedule many times,and they are always willing and able to make these updates. Based on our experiences so far, I would 100% recommend Visiting Angels.

I originally called Visiting Angels while we were in the hospital. The doctors were talking about sending Mom home on hospice. My sister and I are the primary caregivers and one or both of us stays with Mom at her house around the clock. We inquired about a little extra help as we began the transition to hospice care for her. The hospital gave me a list of agencies and for whatever reason I called Visiting Angels. What a great choice! We've had a number of nurses aides over the last seven months. They are prompt, dependable and caring. Two aides (DeLorse and Amelia) have become almost like family. I feel so confident leaving Mom for a few hours in their capable hands. This has been helpful since I had a flood (my upstairs toilet overflowed and cause a lot of damage in my house.) I have been able to meet with the repairmen, addressed selections for replacements and moved items knowing that Mom was safe, and well-attended. Now every time I see an ad on TV, I think how blessed we are to have found this wonderful agency.
Visiting Angels were so wonderful to work with. There were a lot of moving parts after my father's injury with timing of his hospital release, etc and they took notes, called me back to check in over a period of months and once I knew we were ready to get my dad home, they were there in full force! Came to the rehab facility to interview him to make sure they had everything ready to go upon his arrival home. Scheduling was a breeze and I loved having the ability to see who was coming each each and when via their website portal. Thank you Jen and the entire team!!
The Visiting Angels were a godsend. Their understanding of the situation was a "10." Their care that the Visiting Angels provided for our Mom was a "10." All the Visiting Angels, were on time, courteous, understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable of the situation. Without them, I don't know what my brothers and I would have done. They never left our Mom and they did what my brothers or my Mom wanted. They were comforting to my Mom when she needed the comfort.. Their insight of the situation was tremendous. My brothers and I never were in a position like this and the Visiting Angels came to our rescue. The Visiting Angels have our highest recommendation and if needed again, would not hesitate to contact them to be by our side. Thank you Visiting Angels!!!
Visiting Angels came through! When my mother passed away on 12/5/24, I called multiple places to secure a health aide for my wheelchair bound father on Hospice to attend her funeral and services for the day. Many wouldn't do it at all, and the places that would, said a minimum of 3 paid days of care was required. However, Visiting Angels came through! They sent an amazing young man, Joseph Jackson, who showed such compassion and really went the extra mile for my father. The company communicated throughtout the process, and really took the time to learn about my father's needs and situation in great detail to really connect us with the right person. Everyone I spoke with was extremely compassionate. They followed up and when I brought my father home on Hospice, they went through a variety of options should I have needed them. Sadly, only three weeks after my mother passed, my father did as well. The contacts I had through Visiting Angels were among the first to contact me with condolences. My family was grateful for the brief, but important role they played in the last part of my father's journey.
