Violet Springs is our second go at a Memory Care facility. My wife has been in Violet Springs Memory Care unit for one year now. Very caring and understanding aides and nurses. The staff makes themselves available to answer any questions. Couldn’t ask for a better care.

After looking into several Assisted Living facilities for my mother in-law, we chose Violet Springs. We were greeted several visits by Katie Brokaw, very welcoming, helpful and always accommodating in answering or finding the answers to our numerous questions. We moved my Mother In-Law to Violet Springs in April 2024. The nursing and other staff always have her room clean, laundry done, and help in any way to make her living arrangements there comfortable and aid with her needs when needed. All concerns have been answered and taken care of when brought to the attention of the Director and other staff members including activity staff and food staff. They work hard to please our family and most importantly my mother in-law.
Upon arriving at Violet Springs campus in Pickerington, after spending weeks in a hospital, my 97 year old mom and my sisters were impressed with the beautiful, clean facility and greeted by a friendly caring staff. Daily we were moved by the cheerful, skilled, attentive, accommodating and kind employees.(administrators, nurses, aides, NPs, kitchen director and food service employees, OT/PT, activity personnel, hospice, and environmental services.) During the 5wks. my mom resided at Violet Springs before her passing, some of the staff became like family. The compassion shown to my mom and her daughters was comforting and supportive. We will be forever grateful for those who went above and beyond to care for her during her stay and the beautiful processional honoring her with dignity upon her passing. Violet Springs Health Campus has been great with my dad! From the very first contact, they have been caring, professional, and like family. I would recommend Violet Springs to ALL! Dad started in Memory Care and was quickly able to be moved to Assisted Living. We have experienced that everyone (nurses, aides, dining room staff, housekeeping, maintenance - EVERYONE) has been caring and competent. We love the way they support the family (and the community) with support groups and included activities.
