1. Challenges of living in a new build/incomplete phase one as we were allowed to move in a. Elevator/inactive fob entrances made moving in with furniture a challenge (I did not need elevator) b. Fobs didn’t always work easily - seem better now (perhaps my knowledge of how to use them has improved too ). Several other residents said they had challenges using the devices, too. c. Fire Alarm went off at 4 am-ish. No smoke, water leak two doors down from my apt #144 in stairwell across from elevator (not working at the time - is now accessible as of 12/1). Residents did not know what to do, fire department called - alarm finally turned off. Remediation began in just hours after event. Water did not reach my apt but carpets/baseboards soaked just two doors away. Remediation fans still in place, some days after the event. 2. Will northern parking area road (access to public roads) be de-iced during the upcoming winter season? (Black ice in the morning in front of the main entrance, the last few days)

I love living here. There are so many happy and friendly people that live here. I feel safe and secure and my apartment is great. Thank-you everyone for making me feel welcome.
The process to arrive at my new apartment at Vintage Spanish Springs was guided by the help and assistance of your companies top professionals Brittany Rowland. Throughout the whole process during all challenges along the way, Brittany was diligent, professional, highly capable of meeting any and all challenges that would arise. I rate my experience excellent and Brittany’s assistance a five star for sure ! I am still settling in waiting for my furniture to be delivered but still one very happy camper!
I’m so over the moon with moving in. The Apartment is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Cannot wait to try out some of the Amenities, meet other tenants, etc. and a PLUS also it’s 3 minutes from my Brother and Sister in Law who found Vintage at Spanish Springs. I just moved to Nevada from California. First placed they looked at and thought PERFECT and IDEAL for me and IT IS. Bria the Leasing Consultant WONDERFUL and VERY HELPFUL
Love the apartment and the amenities (or will once they are up and running). Very affordable on our income and utilities included is an added bonus. Our only complaints are the lack of communication (we were not told that we couldn’t get our mail because USPS hasn’t set it up) or that we couldn’t get after hours or weekend/office holiday deliveries such as Amazon, UPS etc. before we moved in. Also the manager doesn’t seem to want to be bothered by any questions and is rather rude at times, the assistant in the office is very nice and friendly but doesn’t speak or understand much English.
