The application process was a bit frustrating, but not due to the office personnel. In fact Christine and Gerty are the superstars who worked tirelessly to get me approved due to their dedication and professionalism. I hope this feedback helps management improve the process in the future. All in all, am very pleased and hopefully this will be my last move for now.
Reported a need for replacement light bulb for BR, and was replaced with in 24 hours. Jason is a very respectful and helpful dependable Maint. person. Glad he is here!
Ray, our maintenance guy was able to detect the problem under the kitchen sink immediately, and connected the disconnected pipe, and inspected and tightened all the other pipes. Ray is always professional and does his work fast and efficient.
The Maintenance guys discovered a breaker switch needed to be reset so my microwave works again. They also explained how the heating thermostat works. I appreciated the help!
