When I open and close door, patio door mini blind keep breaking off. I let office person know and I told them I like to have made with better material so they cannot keep them broken and I will pay the difference if cost but I don’t have to pay anything. Office people was very nice and helpful so is maintenance person. I am very happy with new blind. Maintenance person did good job. 👏 Since i move in here, anytime I need a help or Concern, office employee and maintenance person very helpful! I am very happy 😃

My Apt. #108 Bathroom Ceiling is “Still” waiting for Repairs to be completed from a Hot Water Pipe Leak in the Ceiling of My Bathroom, Two Feet away and above My Bathroom Sink? That is the Second Leaking Pipe in that Area in Two Weeks! My Museum Ship Picture that the Plumbers did not Protect and would not let Me take out of the Bathroom Because they said, they were almost finished Working Soddering the Pipe and everything will be alright don’t worry about it?! The Picture that they could have covered and Prepared the area, or let Me take it out of the Bathroom, when I asked them, is Now ruined by their Sodder, that Splashed on to My Museum Picture?! The other (5) Five Men that did Work in My Bathroom for the last Two Weeks, covered the Area with Plastic and then did their Job to Repair the Pipes and Plaster and Paint the First Time and Second Time this Ceiling had to Be Opened Up From Pipes Leaking and causing Water damage! I asked the Plumbers why they are not putting the plastic over the area to protect My Stuff, Walls, Door, counter, floor and they said, they don’t think it needed it and don’t worry! I showed them what they had done to My Picture, the Walls, Door, Sink, Counter and they said, we have to go to another Job, we Cleaned Up and did our best and the Water is Back On! They Left! Sadly when I took the Picture to the Office to Show the Management Team they All said, that they didn’t know how to fix it and they were sorry that it happened to My Picture and the Bathroom Area. What can be done now to fix things? Please advise Me ASAP? Thank You, Deborah Chuma-Riordan
Totally enjoyed the group outing for lunch on Friday I will be doing this again met some new neighbors had some good conversations and some good food made me feel like I was at home being new to the building this was really helpful in making new friends
The manger Ms. Karina, assistance manager Ms. Shannon and maintenance personals are doing a fantastic job in maintaining building grounds, renew all washers and dryers, doing professional cleaning for indoor carpet, being attentive to tenants maintenance requests and organize meetings events for every holiday. Harmony exist among most tenants and various activities carried by volunteers from residents of the building supportive by manager office. Thank you for your good job.
I've always had great and quick responses regarding my workorders. Staff at Vintage Bouquet are always both professional and kind. Armando is an excellent maintenance person. Both maintenance guys are.
