I have had the pleasure of working alongside Mariam Kanoute RN at Vinson Hall and have been consistently impressed with her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care. She demonstrates a deep understanding of nursing practices and are always ready to go the extra mile to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care. Mariam is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and kind, especially when handling difficult or complex cases. She maintains a calm demeanor even in high-pressure situations, and her ability to communicate effectively with the therapy department allows us to do our job easily. Her collaborative spirit makes her a joy to work with, and they are always willing to lend a hand or offer guidance to their colleagues, especially therapy department (where I work). If I could give this place a less than star I would. My family lived in this facility for a few years. The services were deplorable, the treatment she received was terrible, and her apartment had several mice. They never cleaned her apartment and when asked to do so we were placed on a waiting list. They tried to force our family to put her in a locked unit. This is a racist facility towards the black community. There services are horrible
Very unhygienic kitchen. Management doesn’t seem to care about the heath and safety hazards in the kitchen and are serving food that could contain very harmful bacteria to make money. They need new management that enforces proper safety and hygiene standards. Bishal and Kate has done a terrible job.
I went there for my grandkids play and was impressed for this nice, spacious, clean and well organized place.
Love the place and the experience i gained here, they need invest more in employees, some servers cannot afford take clothes to cleaners, but managers and directors have exuberant salaries, some housekeepers have been here for almost 2 decades and never got a promotion, i am glad they treated me unfairly, now i got a better job. Always heard about "No budget" maybe if you pay less to top management and sodexo outsourcing you could get more to invest in your people.
