My aunt was a resident at Vineyard park in Covington and the Cottages in Covington. She was given exceptional care throughout her entire transition from assisted care to memory care. Our family is so thankful to the knowledgeable nursing staff who was always available and helped guide us through the painful process of dementia. We miss Auntie but are comforted in knowing she was treated with dignity and respect her final days before moving.

I am so upset the way they treat our parents . When they need help, sometimes they came and other times they waited until the next day. If you love your loved one, find another place for them. I wouldn't give this place a one star, but you have to leave at least one. They have this nurse who thinks that she knows it all but she knows nothing. She’s so rude and very unprofessional and disrespectful the way she responds to people(Letisha). Everything changed after Emmi the executive director left. My mum have been there for almost 3 years now but she declines each and every day.
Beware of this place. They do not engage in ethical business practices. In August, I visited the Covington location and put down a deposit on an apartment for my mother. Was told that there was no obligation and they’d refund the deposit within 2-3 days. Two days later I called and let them know that we were going with another facility and I asked them to mail my check back. No response. In the past 6 weeks I have contacted them multiple times to request my money back and still no refund.
This community is absolutely beautiful inside and out! From the amazing architecture to the beautiful modern décor and fun common areas for residents, this place has it all! Who wouldn't want to live here???
